Position : Inventory and Lost & Found Coordinator
Department : Housekeeping
PrimaryResponsibilities :
- Log In / Out all lost & found items
- Ensureall items are returned to guest in a timely manner
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies. Order as needed.
- MaintainsMarketing collateral inventory. Order as needed.
- Trackall furniture repairs and its progress
- Partnerconstantly with engineering for updates on furniture.
- CreateTurndown Boards.
- Auditthe hanger charges.
- Trainsnew Office Coordinators.
- Enters additionalcontractual payroll : trainer pay, extra credits, bodily fluid and sewage into spreadsheet.
SecondaryResponsibilities :
- Work onprojects as needed
- Pick-up lost items from rooms
NormalWorking Hours : (Shift,days)
Weekends and holidays required. Number of hours worked dependent upon housecount and seniority
